Red Lobster

Great food and great service. Best service at a Red Lobster ever. Lisa was our server tonight.

Today Mr. Joe was our excellent server, and served with excellence with a smile. He also served my entire family who came out to help celebrate one of my family members Birthday 🎂❤🙏🏼😇. I can say he took his time to make sure we all were taking care of 👍🏻👍🏻The Cooks made sure the food was fresh and amazing. Great Job guys and Great job Mr. Joe 😉👍🏻👍🏻

Usually great food from start to finish. Ordered the Mussels appetizer and almost 8 were still closed. Waited 10 mins for the recook and this time 5 were empty and 5 closed. Please get it together RL. Bartender Meaghan was awesome as always!

Ok i order over a nice amount tonight from my family and I. It was delivered. Omg, we had all the meals but our biscuits😩I was hurt and mad. What's a Red Lobster meal without biscuits??? Anyways, I called as soon as I realized what my order was missing. Spoke with a young man who pretty much told me it's nothing he could do but give me my biscuits tomorrow🙄🤦. Got instantly mad and ask for a manager. Thank God this General Manager was an understanding person and definitely wanted to fix the problem and brought the biscuits to us😁💃Unfortunately i didn't realize they didn't put napkins, tarter sauce or even advantage cutlery in the bag, but I can live with that🤷 I didn't catch the General Manager's name but Thank you sir💪❤

The food was great, hot and fresh. Nice selection of dishes for everyone in the family. Our server was very attentive to our needs.

I regularly stop getting some food here. I liked the speedy customer service and well cooked dishes. 5 stars from me.

I was sorely disappointed with the service rendered. Our server tossed the coaster down to me and forgot my wife's salad, daughter's fries and mom's broccoli. My broccoli was lukewarm, but I was reluctant to ask for more. Our server appeared to be friendly, warm and perhaps overwhelmed. It was not a pleasant experience.

Food is delicious and plentiful with a variety of selections. Restaurant offers a cozy and relaxing ambiance.Staff is pleasant and attentive. And location is centrally located.

Nothing to brag about. Customer service was just ok. Waiter had no enthusiasm and when we ran into an incident with the pay at the table portal, he was not very apologetic or willing to settle our concerns about swiping our card several times. Mgr did make a sincere attempt to help and she did sincerely apologize. We felt a little better after interacting with her.

oh I love this place. If you are a sea food lover you should come here. The service is fast the food tasty i loved it.

It's been over 10 years since I've had Red Lobster. Great food as usual! Didn't disappoint. I was disappointed at my server. She totally didn't acknowledge me. Only to take my order. I had two Blue Moons and Everytime she bought the drink over she gave it to my husband instead of me.

As I sit here eating my very tasty food which otherwise would have gotten an easy 5 star review, I am disappointed to report that a part if there delivery process failed. I made a to go order at 6:25 with a pick- up time of 6:50. I arrived and waited until 8:11 before they handed me barely warm food. The person ringing my order up did not offer an apology but instead, was quite eager to point out the space on the receipt where I should leave a tip. I think waiting for over an hour without an apology is tacky.

Still love the food but the service has gone done tremendously. Training for staff needs to be paramount for this Red Lobster in particular. A few months ago we met the nicest barmaid at this location her name was Melissa didn't get to see her on this trip. She's a wonderful asset to your establishment!

While overall it was a solid experience, the wait to be seated as well as the initial encounter with my server seemed to take too long. Once things got rolling all was fine but had I been in a hurry I might have considered leaving. (Note: this was not during "peak" time hence the critique). Had a very nice conversation with Monica (manager) and would go back if I was in the area.

The food is very pleasing, but the staff is not well trained. It took 3 waiters to split a check we just ended up paying it all together.

Our waitress Patrice was fantastic. ..great service...great FOOD....!

I’ve visited this Red Lobster at least 3 times on 2 separate visits to West Palm. I love it. All Red Lobsters have the best biscuits but this one definitely tastes even better than most. The staff has always been 5-star service. The only complaint I have is the parking lot and ease of access.

We had an awesome experience in this spot. We liked the nice ambience and the food. The staff are very personal. I’m happy we finally managed to try this place.

We have visited many Red Lobster restaurants throughout the years, and this one looks older, darker (somewhat past the point of "cozy"), yet not dirty. Just old. Other than that, the food was good and the service adequate.

Tried this spot in the past with my friend and I am hooked ever since. I love the good character and fresh dishes and beverages. Kudos.

Always great food at reasonable prices for seafood. We always ask for Betty as she has been there since I started going there over 30 years ago. She is so service oriented but still manages a pleasant conversation even when her section is slammed. Sometimes my neighbor and I will even see a few other tables where we recognize people that always sit in her section. Very good food and a family atmosphere. Tom

I have to say the service was excellent. I had Alaskan king crab and it was good value and yummy. And how can you not go weak at the knees for those biscuits?

One of my favorite places. Steak was cooked just right and lobster is always great. Even got a free dessert for my bday. Service was great even with the server training a new person they were both awesome. Will recommend it to anybody that's not allergic.
